Ryan has been active in crypto since 2017. After experiencing both the upside of the first major cycle and the pain of the 2018 crash, he rebuilt his approach around risk management, profit-taking, and structured decision-making. He co-founded Blockchain Insight Group in 2021 with Joni and helped pioneer 1-on-1 crypto coaching before the industry was crowded with courses and Discord groups. Since then, Ryan has spoken at crypto and Web3 events across multiple countries and has worked with serious investors, project founders, and industry operators.

Joni has a background in medicine and clinical research, which shaped his analytical approach to crypto markets. Before Altcoin Pro, he led the Atom Accelerator DAO, a grant program within the Cosmos ecosystem, where he helped manage a significant grant program and worked closely with builders, founders, and developers.
